PISO Live is an informational public beta. Features, data coverage, sources, and availability may change while the product is being tested and improved.

Informational estimates, not professional advice

PISO presents sourced area-level housing, rent, utilities, nearby essentials, healthcare, transport, economic context, and related information. It is not a real-estate appraisal, lender quote, school-assignment determination, medical recommendation, legal opinion, or guarantee about a property.

Mortgage and rental calculators are planning tools. The mortgage APR starts with an editable illustrative assumption rather than a claim about today's market rate. Estimates can omit costs such as insurance, HOA fees, maintenance, and other property-specific expenses.

Geographic precision and availability

PISO distinguishes exact-property, mapped-street, and approximate results. Nearby distances are straight-line distances from the mapped anchor, not driving time. Public-source data can be incomplete, delayed, revised, or unavailable for some places; PISO may omit information rather than substitute a value from somewhere else.

Google Maps terms

PISO includes Google Maps features and content, including geocoding and Street View. Your use of those Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

Third-party sources

PISO links to public agencies and other source publishers so you can inspect the underlying information. Those third-party sites and datasets are governed by their own terms, policies, update schedules, and availability.

Reasonable use

Do not use PISO to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse third-party services, or submit sensitive personal information that the product does not need.

No warranty

The public beta is provided as available. Verify important housing, financial, school, healthcare, travel, and purchasing decisions with the relevant authoritative source or professional before relying on them.

Changes

These terms may be updated as PISO moves beyond beta or adds material new features. The effective date above will be changed when the terms are materially revised.
